Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
We ship Worldwide from our factory here in Thailand, and most shipments arrive within 10-20 days after dispatch. Thailand Post is our chosen courier from here to your country, and then your shipments will reach you via your national state postal service, USPS, CanadaPost, Royal Mail, Poste Italiane etc.

Express & Recorded delivery orders will receive tracking information in a separate email after your package has shipped out. We'll always dispatch your order within 2 business days.
Returns & exchanges are accepted without issue.

It helps us if you can keep the products in their original packaging should you need to return anything to us. But as long as they're in the same condition you received them in there should not be any problem.
