Covid-19 pandemic NEW UPDATE (4/21)

Things are changing every day here in Thailand (and the rest of the world) thanks to this pandemic and since our last blog post we've received further updates regarding the situation with International shipments from Thailand and how this will affect our customer's shipments.

Here's a summary of what you need to know:

1) Phuket shutdown

The situation in Thailand (and particularly in Phuket) has worsened dramatically in the last 14 days or so. The entire island of Phuket came to a complete shutdown, roads were blocked and residents were not allowed to leave their residential compounds.

2) Our shipments are now going out with DHL

Outbound International Airmail shipments with Thailand Post are still not functioning on the demand of the Thai government. We are now shipping our orders with DHL.

3) Estimated Shipping times & possible delays

Since we were initially told by DHL staff members that shipments with their services usually takes between 7-14 days, we've been updated by DHL that even their own planes have now been reduced by the Thai government. That means this initial 7-14 day prediction is unlikely to be met during these crazy times.

We have been given a best case scenario of 14 days for shipment arrivals, and a worst case of 6 weeks. During this unforeseen pandemic we understand that shipping services, airports and customs officials are working through extremely tough and unprecedented times. We are happy that we're still able to process shipments during the coronavirus outbreak.

4) Temporary suspension of service to some countries

We've just received news that sadly DHL temporarily cannot deliver to a number of countries until this situation is resolved. These countries include Canada, Italy, Japan, and South Korea. This means we will need to re-route these shipments through a partner of ours in China which unfortunately could mean further delays.

We'd like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience you've suffered because of these troubles and also offer our sincere thanks for your understanding.

If you're still waiting for your order and it has been over the anticipated delivery time, we'd ask you to be as patient as possible and know that ourselves and the postal services around the world are doing all we can to get your shipments delivered.

We'll ensure every single customer receives their harem pants as expected, hopefully with minimal delay. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have a specific question regarding your order and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
