It's been a crazy last few months here on Bohemian Island but the green shoots of recovery are starting to appear. The covid19 situation has improved considerably here in Thailand and shipping times are getting back to normal. Here's an update on our latest shipping times and news on shipments to Canada.

Current Shipping News and Delivery Times

We're pleased to say that our shipments with DHL are now arriving far quicker than they were in previous months. Most shipments are taking between 10-18 days to most locations at the moment.

We've been told by DHL that delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic are still possible, and they've been clear not to guarantee any specific shipping times. However we're noticing that shipping times for our orders have improved dramatically in recent weeks. 

Reopening of previously closed shipping routes (Canada, Japan, Italy)

Until recently we've been unable to ship to a number of countries due to closed shipping routes. However we're pleased to say we can now ship to Canada, Japan and Italy again.

Shipments to Europe, North America and Australia are still arriving without any problems.

Any orders which were placed bound for a previously suspended country have since been shipped out and tracking information has been sent via email.

Which countries are still suspended?

We're still unfortunately unable to ship to South America, South Korea, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Israel and New Zealand. The shipping routes from Thailand to these countries are currently suspended and both DHL and Thailand Post are currently unable to deliver to these locations.

Any orders received for these suspended countries will be shipped as soon as the shipping routes open up again.

Are packages getting lost?

No. While some customers have experienced some shipping delays during covid, we aren't see packages disappear after shipping them with DHL. Each package has an individual tracking ID and we can follow the progress online. Your package is guaranteed to arrive and in the very rare case that something goes wrong we'll reship your order - guaranteed.

We did have a number of shipments from March which were either returned to us or lost. This was at the beginning of the pandemic and all of these orders have been replaced. Online tracking updates

Please note that during this pandemic any shipping updates on global tracking systems may not be 100% real-time. Additionally, DHL have also informed us that tracking updates for shipments to Canada will stop when the parcel reaches the Canadian border. This doesn't mean the package has stopped, just that further updates are not forthcoming.
