New Coronavirus Update (04/07)

PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed today will be processed on time and shipped without delay. We are now experiencing no shipping issues.

Over the weekend we learned that Thailand Post would no longer be making International Airmail shipments from Thailand to abroad, except to China, Indonesia and Vietnam due to flight cancellations brought about by the coronavirus. This sent us into panic-stations as we had orders waiting to be shipped and new orders coming in all the time.

We had previously updated you all that there were no issues with our shipping so this news came to us completely out of the blue.

However to cut a long story short, we've now agreed terms with DHL who will take over the delivery of all our shipments moving forward. Their service is first class and this service should mean your pants reach you between 7-14 days after shipment.

Out of adversity always comes light!

Please be aware all shipments will now be processed by DHL Thailand and delivered by your usual national postal service.

Any customers whose orders were delayed or affected by this change has now been contacted via email.
